We are hiring full-time and part-time (at least 15 client sessions per week) licensed therapists to treat clients in a private practice setting in Kailua, Hawaii on Oahu. We particularly have space in our office right now for Afternoons, Evenings, and Weekend times.

You need to have one of these Hawaii Licenses for this position: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist LMFT, or Licensed Mental Health Counselor LMHC.

We are a husband and wife team who are both psychotherapists and looking to hire compassionate, caring, highly-skilled Psychologists or Psychotherapists to join our practice as Independent Contractors.

We will provide a fully furnished and beautifully decorated office space, a steady flow of client referrals (as many clients as you want), Group Supervision, easy insurance billing with our practice management software, and an amazing community of highly-skilled and caring therapists to be a part of.

Great centrally located Kailua Location: We have 5 newly renovated office suites on the 2nd level of the Davis Building across from Kalapawai Cafe.

The position is for a minimum of 1 year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing psychotherapy services
• Scheduling with clients
• Conducting new client intake and assessment
• Taking progress notes on each session
• Collecting and recording payments

Job Requirements:

1. Licensed in the state of Hawaii

2. Ideally trained in either:

• Specific trauma healing modality, such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Sensorimotor, Brainspotting, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), Integrative Body Psychotherapy (IBP), etc.
• OR a specific Couples Therapy modality such as PACT, EFT, Gottman, Imago, etc.
• OR working with Children utilizing Play Therapy
