Job Summary
Priority Health is seeking a project specialist to join our marketing operations team. We are looking for a talented project manager who will support the journey of our planning process and tool implementation. This role will work in partnership with leadership and various operational teams to develop, gain alignment and implement project plans. Acts as a change agent to create and support a positive change process throughout the department.

Essential Functions
- Top notch project management skills and laser focused attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Coordinates project work including project plans and schedules and completes projects on time and within budget.
- Analyzes and documents, processes, procedures, and outcomes to seek continuous improvement.
- Assesses resource requirements for project tasks and works with leaders of functional areas and subject matter experts to meet project plan deliverables.
- Oversees small to medium sized, multi-faceted projects varying in complexity and involving cross functional experts. These projects may be a portion or phase of a larger project or program.
- Communicates, collaborates, networks and acts as a consultant to stakeholders/business partners in order to ensure continuity and coordination of services and appropriate utilization of resources.
- Serves as a liaison for projects between various departments within the system, and held accountable for their advancement.
- Acts as a change agent to advance the knowledge and use of project management.
Qualifications
- Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Preferred Master's Degree
- 2 years of relevant experience of applicable business function experience or other related experience Required
- 2 years of relevant experience of related experience, preferably in project management Required
- Experience with Jira, Base Camp, Lytho or other Project Management tools preferred
- CRT-Project Management Professional, Associate (CAPM) - UNKNOWN Unknown preferred Or
- CRT-Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI Project Management Institute preferred
