We are looking to hire a Project Coordinator/Jr. Project Manager with 2-10 years of professional experience that can assist us in supporting one of our fast-growing customers in the healthcare industry. The work is never boring and we take pride in being driven by technology, our flexibility, and ultimately producing the desired outcomes.
We are super flexible and allow anyone who joins our team to work remotely. Ability to use productivity tools like MS Office Suite are a must and the ability to work inside SharePoint are preferred. Microsoft Project experience is a plus. Health Plan (Insurance Payer) and Mergers and Acquisitions experience is an added bonus. Job duties below:
- Facilitates meetings and records outcomes
- Tracks action items and works with the team to ensure completion
- Sets up communications tools like SharePoint
- Tracks various data points using MS Excel
- Assists with and management of the tripple constraints: Scope, Schedule, Cost (working toward independence)
- Assists with updates to project plans (working toward independence)
- Assists with development work plan structure and project schedule in conjunction with client’s schedule (working toward independence)
- Assists with reporting project status (working toward independence)
- Assists in the maintenance of risk, actions, issue and decision logs (working toward independence)
- Documents project lessons learned and close-out activities
- Implements deliverables identified by program and project
- Makes timely decisions based on facts, circumstances, and needs
- Conveys information to all key stakeholders in both written and verbal formats
- Determines and utilizes the appropriate communication channels
- Prepares and delivers presentations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
