Our company is a proven and respected supplier of real world testing services for the automotive industry. We conduct real world testing and evaluation on various types of passenger and commercial vehicles.

In this position some of the tasks that you will handle are as follows:

• Schedule and coordinate the flow of work within the site
• Document various issues and send detailed reports to the client
• Act as the liaison between the site and our customer
• Provide daily updates to the site and customer on how their test is progressing along with any issues
• Compile various reports for the customers
• Track and monitor travel expenses
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED, Associates degree preferred or related work experience
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience (prefer candidates with previous automotive or testing background).
• Basic bumper to bumper understanding of vehicles.
• Fluent in English language. Read and understand safety rules and test procedures in English; able to communicate test and safety information and instructions in written and spoken English. Able to communicate clearly and effectively with engineers and customers.
• Ability to calculate by addition, subtraction, multiplication and division with an understanding of proportionality and fractions.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and various internet browsers.
• Ability to solve practical problems, overcome unique situations with little assistance and identify vehicle problems. When necessary, come up with logical, workable short and long term solutions. Must be able to multi-task and work will under pressure.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR.
• Requires walking and standing, and sitting for long periods to time to do clerical work. Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally, and lift and carry 10 pounds frequently, sometimes across outside terrain.
