Trillium Construction is looking for a Project Administrator!
Our client is a well established general contractor that specializes in design and construction services in the commercial, office, industrial, and public safety facilities sectors.
They are now hiring a Project Administrator for the Raleigh, NC area. This will be a contract-to-hire opportunity. Working M-F 40 hrs a week .Pay from $20-$25/hr (could be more based on over all experience).
Duties:
- Assist in monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets and
expenditures.
- Assist Project Managers in collecting and submitting to applicable parties
submittals, RFI’s and other project documents.
- Assist in development of project proposals and pricing of proposals.
- Obtain and maintain W9 forms, certificates of insurance and release of liens.
- Input and entry of data into Project Management Software.

- 3+ years of general experience working in construction, architecture or engineering field
- Possess strong verbal communication skills, being comfortable communicating with management, employees, and vendors in a courteous manner about A/P voucher/employee expense and other accounting related issues
- Red Team (not required, but helpful), MS Word, MS Excel (advanced skills strongly preferred), PDF Reader / Writer Software
