What you'll Contribute to OHM Advisors
Project Controls individual works with multiple offices and multiple project managers to properly maintain project billing structure and accuracy of billing. Work with finance billing team to prepare invoices for submission to clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Meet deadlines with finance team to accurately process billing invoices.
- Work with clients to produce any back-up documentation needed to process invoices for payments.
- Able to understand different billing methods & complexity of different types of projects.
- Ability to coordinate sub consultant invoices & properly invoice to clients.
- Work with project managers to manage budgets.
- Work with project manager, and administrative staff when change orders are needed to properly prepare & obtain documentation.

What You'll Need To Succeed
- Associate degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred
- 2+ years' experience with project set-up, project maintenance, and billing in an ERP system
- Kowledge of engineering, planning and construction industry is preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff in multiple locations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Helpful & a team player

Experience
Required
- 2 year(s): Minimum with project setup, project maintenance & billing in an ERP System
Education
Required- Associates or better in Business Administration or related field
