Job Description:
- Redacting (blocking out) text using Adobe Acrobat Pro in survey reports in preparation for posting to the web.
- Job responsibilities in Brief Retrieve/download closed surveys in ASPEN, redact text as instructed in Executive Order 26, combine files in Adobe Acrobat Pro, save files to specific folder for supervisory review.
- Document progress on closed survey log.
Skills required:
- Ability to read and understand English.
- MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, ASPEN and iQIES federal databases, File explorer, Z-scaler for remote work
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience required:
- Experience with and ability to learn and use databases, reporting and tracking systems, Adobe Acrobat and shared drives in Windows operating system
- Experience with and the ability to access, read, understand and interpret state and federal regulations
Work hours:
- Shift Timing - 7 consecutive hrs. between 8AM & 5PM plus 1 hr. unpaid lunch.
- Office 3 days/week; remote 2 days/week except Mon and Friday.

Pay: $22.50 per hour
