We’re looking for a Program Outreach Coordinator.

Position Summary

Full Time

Hybrid, Linthicum Heights, MD

The Program Outreach Coordinator supports and plans, schedules, and attends outreach events, and industry conferences.

The Work You'll Do

• Program Outreach Coordinator supports the program within Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and plans, schedules, and attends DIBNet outreach events including TechEx, Rpex, VPEx, and industry conferences.
• Performs scheduling, planning, and logistics of all events, conferences, and community meetings.
• Participates in developing outreach strategies, targeting, and messaging.
• Develops briefing and conference materials and coordinate with other Base Collaborative Information Sharing Environment (DCISE) divisions to gather conference topics and materials.
• Present materials, answer member questions, etc. at events and conferences.
• Represent DCISE / DIB CS at events and conferences.
• Develops internet content for DC3 and DIBNet portals.

What You'll Bring

· Bachelor’s Degree

· Secret or TS/SCI Security Clearance

· 5 years of demonstrated experience program outreach coordinator

· Experience with DIBNet Portals
