Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead and oversee a portfolio of related projects and initiatives within our organization. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of strategic objectives, driving organizational growth, and maximizing the value of our programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure effective coordination, integration, and alignment across multiple projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Provide strategic direction, leadership, and guidance to the program team, ensuring that all projects are aligned with organizational goals and Produce all relevant program-management deliverables, such as program objectives and requirements, risk assessments, program plans, program status reports, open issue logs, change logs, and action items list.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of related projects, monitoring their progress, identifying dependencies, and managing risks and issues at the program level.
- Identify and manage communication with program: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including executive leadership, sponsors, clients, and project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the program lifecycle.
- Program Planning and Execution: Develop and implement program plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, ensuring adherence to established targets and delivery of expected outcomes.
- Resource Management: Support and coach project managers on your team. Address escalated resourcing issues with project manager and PMO Management Team as needed. Proactively set performance expectations and help project managers and subordinates manage expectations of delivery and requirements, yielding consistent results.

- Risk and Issue Management: Escalate program risks to management team on a timely basis for decision resolution and disposition.
- Identify and mitigate program-level risks and issues, working closely with project managers to address challenges and drive timely resolution.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish metrics and performance indicators to track program progress, evaluate results, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements, best practices, and lessons learned across the program, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of program deliverables within the organization.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management) or equivalent practical experience. Master's degree is a plus.- Proven experience as a Program Manager, overseeing multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving program objectives.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, risk management, and change management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable.
