Summary:
The Learning Technology Program Manager sits in the Business Education team under the Global Business Marketing solution umbrella. The team works on empowering people, brands, and business through learning and certification initiatives.
This role works closely with and drives seamless coordination among the learning platform team and cross-functional partners, including but not limited to certification, engineering, data, marketing, and strategy. You will be in charge of driving learning and certification related projects from initiation through to delivery to ensure the completion of the complex projects on schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create business and product requirement documentation and perform project planning and scheduling
  • Manage existing programs and tasks. Set clear expectations with business partners to provide transparency into project initiation activities, and manage day-to-day interaction during project execution and delivery
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and find ways to accomplish project goals in the context of dynamic business/technical environments
  • Provide high quality technical and customer service, communicate project status (timelines, progress, and challenges) and deliver regular reports to technology and business stakeholders
  • Implement learning and certification experience in the Learning Management System
  • Be the escalation point and subject-matter expert for platform and technical support

Interfaces with the system vendor to resolve issues, enhance functionality, and deploy new features

  • Drive process and improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in managing complex programs/projects involving systems integration, user experience design, and LMS administration
  • Working knowledge of educational technology including administration, setup, maintenance and support for Learning Management Systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification
  • Experience in certification and exam industry
  • Experience and knowledge of SDLC

Education:

  • B.S./B.A. in Education Technology, Business Management, Engineering or equivalent experience

Salary: $82.00 - $93.00 per hour
