Job Description
A high level executive presence Business Program Manager who understands technology as well is needed to run key strategic initiatives for MMS and have experience in Application Development, eCommerce, RFPs with vendors, healthcare, supply chain, and ability to run multiple projects.
Partner closely with MMS Technology Business Engagement, Delivery Leader, Warehouse Initiative Program Manager, Multiple Vendor Partners (Blue Yonder, Integration Services, Others) and other team PMs
Initiate the program, including working with Executive Sponsors, key stakeholders, and workstream leads to create an approved program charter and form core team & workstream teams (since in mid-stream, review and ensure all in place and aligned)
Facilitate formal program phase kick-off with all stakeholders; create slide deck and present (not probably applicable here)
Plan and execute the program; manage, communicate, and mitigate risks and issues
Lead Core Team and other project managers / project leads while monitoring scope and schedule
Facilitate Core Team, Executive Sponsorship, and other key meetings as needed
Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports for Initiative phase; partner with Initiative program team to create slides and present updates at quarterly Steering Committee meetings
Stand up improvements and transition to operational teams
Close workstreams, including through managing handover of deliverables and holding reviews to capture lessons learned, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
