Program Analyst (Project Manager) - GLT

Grant Leading Technology is looking for an experienced Program Manager (really its more of a combination PM / Program Analyst. Here are some bullet points on the background and skills of the PM roles we are looking to fill:

Keys to the hire:

MUST have furniture (MillerKnoll / Herman Miller) experience

• Strong Coordination Experience
• Logistics of Product Delivery
• 90% furniture with some wall removal
• MillerKnoll (Herman Miller experience)
• Our job is to manage the vendors
• Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Schedule management knowledge and experience, prefer knowledge of MS Project, knowledge of a project’s critical path

ASO Team Member Requirements:

• Providing and coordinating site access for vendors
  • Ensure proper documentation for escorting or PIV access
  • Coordinate with Building Services and ASH as required
  • Coordinate with LOB POCs for suite access
• Vendor and On-site Process Management
• Vendor Coordination
• Verifying requirements on-site
• Verifying existing conditions/confirming measurements
• Attending punch-list walk throughs
• Facilitating punch-list completion
• Review furniture drawings and analyze for errors
  • Furniture matrices
  • Prepare briefings to End Users
• Review bill of materials for accuracy
• Review furniture submittals/RFIs
• Completing site surveys as necessary

This is a Full-Time - Direct Hire - 25% onsite required role.
