Program Finance Analyst position is responsible for providing comprehensive financial reporting & analysis support to multiple programs within the Maritime & Air Cyber Electronic Warfare (MACEW) business area. This position includes tracking of actuals vs. budget; earned value analysis & reporting; forecasting Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash position; risk & opportunity analysis; and additional cost analysis as required. This position is part of the C6ISR Finance and Business Operations (F&BO) function. The position typically consists of a rotational experience, formal mentor and 'buddy' programs, and a standardized training curriculum; all of which are designed to provide a broad background in various facets of F&BO at Lockheed Martin. Periodic travel to customer and other Lockheed Martin sites may be required.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Financial analysis and accounting skills
* Excellent written and communication skills* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Microsoft Office Skills-including but not limited to Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • The ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance may be necessary
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with Lockheed Martin-RMS financial toolset: SAP, Cobra, Hyperion, PM Compass
  • Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting knowledge and experience
  • Experience with Government accounting requirements and various contract types (fixed price, cost plus, T&M, IDIQ, etc)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
