Successful candidates must be able to work in an industrial work environment by assisting in the manufacturing of thermal, refractory products. Candidates must have the desire and ability to work within a team environment, punctual, reliable, meet production goals and standards in a demanding and rewarding environment.
Schedule: Daylight/Afternoon shifts, must be willing to work overtime
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assembly, machining, finishing of product to specifications.
- Finalizing and packaging of products for shipment
- Maintains production records and monitors product quality against established control charts.
- Duties are frequently repetitive or involve providing additional physical effort such as lifting and moving objects
- Carries out basic manual or machine related functions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other tasks as needed
Skills & Physical Requirements:
- Must demonstrate ability to follow safety regulation, policies, procedures
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills – able to read and follow work instructions, production plans, and packaging specifications.
Able to work in repetitive work environment with prolonged periods of standing, walking, moving Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
