We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Trainer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and coordinate all training and development activities for the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.

What You’ll be Responsible for:

• Develop, design, and implement training programs and materials for all employees across the organization.
• Collaborate with managers and department heads to identify training needs and ensure that training is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of training programs and modify, as necessary.
• Maintain training records and create reports on training activities.
• Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees.
• Manage the budget for training and development activities.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with learning management systems

Bonnell Aluminum is North America’s premier manufacturer of custom aluminum extrusions. We manufacture mill finish, anodized, painted and thermally broken aluminum extrusions. Our press size ranges from 1,550 to 5,500-tons.
