Title: (Production line work)
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm
Location: Saint Helens, OR (about 35 minutes from Hillsboro and NW Portland)
Salary: Starting at $15.00 per hour; $16 per hour after 90 days

Position Summary

Production workers are responsible for operating equipment in a factory setting and preparing items for distribution.

· Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Preps (pre-weigh) raw materials according to RSL established procedures

· Mixes raw materials according to RSL established procedure

· Tracks steps and time for each work order in the assigned tracker for

· Ensures that all tools and vessels used to handle the raw materials are cleaned & sanitized according to RSL established procedures

· Properly identified all containers based on established procedures

· Ensures work area is maintained cleaned during and at the end of each shif

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Must be able to stand, walk, sit, crouch, reach for extended periods

· Must be able to lift to 50 pounds

· Must be able to push and pull and up to 450 pounds with equipment assistance.

· Time management and ability to work independently or with a group

· Attention to detail

· Excellent communication skills

· Team player!

Education/Experience Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent
