ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains box schedule / inventory system
- Generate daily JIT (parts due) sheets
- Create and distribute daily Cadillac days on hand inventory sheet.
- Create and manage manufacture Orders (MOs) on a daily / weekly basis
- Close MOs as required on minimum of a weekly basis
- Work within the Mapics environment to maintain inventory, MOs, and create schedules
- Conduct daily inventory as necessary.
- Participate in daily meeting with Cadillac to assure components are available to make production requirements.
- Schedule service, responsible to assure service requirements are met.
- Be available by phone for off shift scheduling issues.
- Monitor externally held component levels & submit orders to purchasing or production control as needed.
- Fill in production portion of the daily 3:30 meeting report.
- Track down scanning errors and provide evidence to supervisors for corrective actions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
