Modern Staffing is seeking qualified dependable Production Operators for several manufacturing companies located in Seguin, TX.
Job Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of all Production lines.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
- Strong focus on Quality Assurance and Safety.
- Demonstrated diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Punctual, responsible, dependable, no absenteeism.
- Possess effective communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a team environment and able to work independently.
- Must be able to withstand exposure to heat and cold.
- Must be able to lift 30-50lbs.
Required Responsibilities:
- Work on Set-Up Machines, Assembly Production Lines & Support Equipment.
- Quality Inspection and adjustments of product pieces.
- Observe continuous operation of machines for a proper feed of parts and products.
- Ensures Quality standards are being met.
- Check calibration of urethane and other equipment and adjust when necessary.
- Responsible for communication/assembly production issues.
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized work area.
- Perform at or above the standard rate.
- Supports and maintains a safe workplace, including observing all safety rules.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION: High School Graduation or GED
SHIFTS:
- Days & Nights
- 12-Hour Shifts
- Overtime as needed
PAY RANGES: $12.50 - $15.50/hour
