PMA is currently seeking qualified individuals to work on our team in Production. This position is Full-Time with 40+ hours weekly and competitive wages.

12 HOUR SHIFTS - AM & PM

Day shift and Night shift available

Production experience is preferred, but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the proper and safe setup of production lines.
• Monitor lines closely during production.
• Submit daily reports.
• Inspect and check all machinery, equipment, and conveyors on the production Lines after start-up as preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Operate all equipment in a safe manner.

Job Qualifications:

• Be able to be on your feet and moving during a scheduled shift.
• Be able to complete assigned tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Be able to work without direct supervision.
• Be able to communicate effectively with management and team.
• Be able to pay attention closely to details.
• Adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
