Our company is seeking a driven and talented Production Manager with a background in sheetmetal fabrication,welding,powdercoating and assembly. G&S is located in the beautiful driftless area in NE Iowa full of Hunting, Fishing and Outdoor activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Manager to join our growing business. G&S has been in the job shop business for 40yrs. The Production Manager will handle day-to-day logistics, oversee workflow and keep production running smoothly as well as helping production when needed. We are a small job shop that is steadily growing each year. G&S currently only runs 1 shift. We have a total of 4 people currently on the shop floor plus an office manager and owner. All quoting and purchasing is done by owner. Recently had AC installed for the shop floor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
