Pay/hours for position
$14-$16 p/hr.
Requirements of position
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
3. Good communication skills, both verbal and written
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong attention to detail
6. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
7. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities of position
1. Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products
2. Monitor production processes and ensure that products meet quality standards
3. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to complete tasks
4. Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and equipment
5. Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the appropriate parties
6. Participate in training sessions and stay up-to-date on best practices and new technologies
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and goals
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area
9. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
