The Production Coordinator / Service Coordinator role at Vista Home Improvement provides each customer with an exceptional experience while gathering critical information to deliver the most professional, efficient and highest quality installation in the industry. The Production Coordinator / Service Coordinator will closely examine the Measure Tech’s paperwork on existing windows, doors, roofing, siding, gutters and bathrooms to accurately cost out all jobs. The Production Coordinator will also order materials and schedule installs. The Production Coordinator will pull applicable building permits, track the permit’s progress, schedule inspections as needed and is responsible for relaying job information to our installers to ensure a smooth install. The Service Coordinator at Vista Home Improvement will oversee the process of any customer product issues and schedule timely service while making sure all transactions are in compliance with federal, state, and in-house regulatory requirements and procedures.

Duties include:

1-Job cost out all jobs

2-Purchasing products

3-scheduling jobs

4-Material take off from the measures

5-Send out installer packets

6-Pull building permits

7-coordinating dumpster and material pick up and drop off

8-Scheduling and ordering parts for all services

9-Be a backup for notifying customers of their installs and how they will pay

10-Help with installer pay

11-Maintain a clean work environment- IE Desk Area, stock material

12-working closely with the production manager in various roles

13-Warehouse to receive trucks

14- Meet Local Building Officials on Job Sites

15- When Needed , walk with customers and installers for job starts/ or job Issues

16- Add on Sales / Sales Process

Qualifications Include: Production Coordinator / Service Coordinator is required to be organized, capable of multitasking, have effective communication with strong decision-making skills. This position fills an important role within Vista Home Improvement and in order to be successful, they must be capable of prioritizing duties and exhibiting leadership skills. This includes a capacity for educating team members as well as an ability to be assertive and possess the following core skills:

1- Possess a current and Valid Driver's License

2-Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel

3-Ability to create spreadsheets

4-Ability to learn and adapt to new situations and technology

5-Ability to adequately and confidently interact with others

6-Able to work with Google Calendar, Email, G-drive, Docs/Sheets, Keep, etc.

7-Strong written and oral communication skills

8-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,080.50 - $44,656.08 per year
