A Production Assembler is responsible for assembling and finalizing production of Zynex products. This role will follow detailed instructions in order to meet all Zynex safety and quality requirements.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

· Assemble/disassemble, electromechanical devices using a variety of hand tools within a production environment. Must be proficient with the use of hand tools associated with electronics assembly.

· Inspect and final test completed devices in accordance with applicable documentation/specifications. Be familiar with the use of test equipment to include multimeters, power supplies, and oscilloscopes.

· Possess the ability to read, interpret, and follow wiring diagrams, engineering drawings/changes, process specifications, bill of materials, and other written instructions or procedures.

· Perform soldering/desoldering functions associated with surface mount and through-hole components. Must be familiar and proficient.

· Maintain inventory of product in a clean and safe work area.

· Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are noted.

· Complete all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.

· Observe industry best practices for FOD, ESD, and material handling controls.

· Perform basic computer navigation and utilization skills.

· Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.

· Be present and visible in the home office 5 days/week (M-F), 8 hours/day. Exceptions to this need prior approval from your direct Manager/Supervisor.

· Other duties as assigned by management.

Education:

· High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree beneficial.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

· Occasionally lift 30-50 pounds

· Regularly perform repetitive tasks.

· Possess manual dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately.

· Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

· Fast-paced, professional office environment.

· Proficient use of office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines and telephones.

· Ability to communicate effectively via spoken, written and electronic means.

· Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
