Product Development Engineer Job at Forbo
A leading manufacturer of high quality conveyor and power transmission belting has an opening for a Product Development Engineer at our production cite in North Carolina.
Responsibilities include justification of development projects, project management, development of raw material and belting specifications, and recommendations for processing conditions. The position requires communication with other departments including sales, production, quality, and procurement, as well as communication with other manufacturing locations around the world
Qualified applicants should possess a BA/BS in fabric/textile science, chemistry, engineering, or other technically-related field, plus 2 yrs. exp. in belting, industrial fabric, or plastics industry. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills a must.
