, a fast-growing furniture retailer, is currently seeking a Product Assistant for our Headquarters in Santa Monica, CA. The Product Assistant supports the Product and Logistic Departments to help maintain focus on product development, container orders, supplier relations and data organization. A key to success in this role is an ability to manage and organize multiple channels of communication. This individual must be responsive and organized. This position will have impact across all departments, work directly with and take direction from the Product and Logistic department leaders.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: -Create and manage a supplier organizational task file. This file will be updated. daily and needs to capture all ongoing and future projects through Nadeau’s. supply chain. Information for this file will be collected through department. emails, supplier communications, and direct messaging. - Collect customer feedback through our store teams using various survey methods. Organize, manage and translate the customer feedback collected into actionable data. - Collect raw data and create excel files for use across multiple departments. This includes collecting pictures, pricing and product data from multiple emails on a daily basis. Accuracy is critical. - Assist the product department with container orders. This includes conducting. preliminary reviews of orders for accuracy. Creating new orders by following preset requirements. - Review product arrival reports. Collect and organize data for use across multiple. departments. This includes looking for product problems and trends. - Assist in the new product development process. This includes organizing and compiling new sample product excel sheets to send to suppliers and providing. department leaders with updates.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Proficient with data analysis and forecasting techniques
  • METRC skills
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Word, MS Office
  • Strong proficiency in management databases, POS systems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
  • Strong work ethic: ability to adapt to adjusting workload and priority levels
  • Excellent communication skills; highly organized and efficient
