Role and Responsibilities: • Ability to evangelize data products and insights to internal stakeholders and foster deeper relationships and drive adoption • Work with cross-functional teams to ideate on new analytics and engineering initiatives • Data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimize product experiences • Drive innovation with strong understanding of analytical concepts, SQL, experimental design, and measurement • Ability to put oneself in the shoes of the client/end user to understand how to improve their experience from end-to-end Engage with client, understand requirements & suggest solutions based on current and future plans Execute on projects by working closely with engineering, product management, data science and other members of product teams to land impact on product goals Stay informed on the latest advancements in product management space, finding ways to deliver value by applying and customizing these to client’s specific problem space Requirement/Competencies: • 3+ years’ experience working in an analytical or product role • Experience using data querying languages (e.g., SQL) with intermediate functions such as case logic and joins to query large data sets.

• Proficiency in quantitative analysis geared towards drawing actionable insights from complex datasets • Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) degree in in a quantitative or technical field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent • Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills • Must be detail oriented, quality driven, and able to shift quickly to new tasks • Knowledge of data structures, data modeling and software architecture skills is a plus Preferred Qualifications: • Experimentation expertise to design multivariate tests, synthesize test results and build frameworks to make data-informed launch decisions • Creative product ideation skills to apply growth tactics broadly to different product areas and think through detailed elements of a product experience • Experience in effectively collaborating across a variety of technical and non-technical functions to drive towards common product goals • Experience working on a product or service used by diverse communities EEO/Minorities/Females/Vets/Disabilities Please be aware that EXL requires all employees to be vaccinated for COVID-19.
