- Includes 30% more on the hour based on employees base rate.
- No shift differentials included.
- Must work at least 2 full (12 hour) shifts every 30 days, 1 of those shifts being on a weekend.
- If call off on a picked-up shift, must make up shift within 7 calendar days.
- May work up to 2 shifts per week but no more per week unless prior approval is received.
- No other benefits will be accrued.
- 1 holiday worked per year required, but not limited to only 1 (will be scheduled in advance at discretion of center need and employee availability).
Hanover Health & Rehabilitation Center in Mechanicsville is seeking LPNs for its 120 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

The LPN supervises CNAs and provides direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and MFA guidelines. Provides general nursing care to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations and MFA nursing policy and procedures. Writes weekly/monthly summaries of patients’ status, abilities and addresses problems identified in the patient care plan for RN review.
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
Current license by the Virginia Board of Nursing to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
One (1) year of previous nursing experience preferred. New Grads welcome to apply.
