Responsibilities:
Provide quality private piano lessons in the homes of students.
Prepare each student for the end of the semester recital.
Provide instruction from method books.
100% punctuality and professionalism.
Provide make-up lessons in the event lessons are missed.
Be creative in order to help students practice and progress.
Help each student develop a love for music.
*Travel is anywhere between Payson-Lehi. Travel allowances will be provided if traveling between American Fork-Lehi, and Spanish Fork-Payson. You will teach in just one city on one day to limit travel.
Requirements:
Qualified applicants are required to be experienced at playing the instrument they teach. Teaching experience is highly encouraged.
Applicants must have a car of their own and be willing to drive to and from lessons.
Teachers are required to teach three semesters of lessons.
This is a contracted position and applicants will be responsible for filing their own taxes as an independent contractor at the end of the year.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
