Job Description
Hubler Automotive Group is looking for experienced, high producting Prime and Sub Prime F&I Managers. To be on this team, you must want to win!

Job Requirements:
Must be a driven leader with proven motivational and customer relations skills.
Responsible for all aspects of Finance & Insurance Department.
PVR and product penetration must be at market leader level.
CSI must be a priority.
CIT / problem lists must be clean.
Ensure that units sold assist the dealership in reaching its profit objectives.
Must be a closer and willing to help manage a 100% TO policy.
Work closely with sales teams to maximize opportunities.
MUST understand and be able to work prime and subprime credit deals from application, approval, rehash to delivery!
Be able to master DMS, CRM and other software tools.
Ability to work independently to solve problems and operate in a multi-tasking environment.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively and posses a high level of attention to detail.
PRIME AND/OR SUB PRIME EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
