2nd shift Press Auto/Decoiler Operator

Family owned business since 1957 is looking for 2nd shift Press Auto/Decoiler Operators.
Work Hours: 2nd shift 3:30 pm - 2:00 M-TH (Overtime may be necessary on Friday)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Safely sets up and operates heavy-duty power press to bend, form, stretch, and straighten metal plates, metal extrusions, formed sheet metal, and structural shapes.
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations; able to stand for long periods of time; can lift up to 50 lbs.; can operate a forklift.
Safely set / operate press up to 1,000 ton.
Measures and sights along work piece to mark reference lines.
Lifts and positions work piece between dies of machine.
Reposition work piece when making multiple or successive hits.
Inspects parts hourly per job procedures.
Operates horizontal power press to bend or straighten long pieces of bar stock or structural shapes.
Qualified Candidates - Required:
Must possess and demonstrate a high level of integrity, organizational skills, attention to detail, attendance, reliability, and positive attitude.
Ability to use basic math skills to analyze information and measuring equipment.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Ability to perform all physical activities related to auto/decoiler press operations.
3 years experience Auto/Decoiler Press operation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
