Press 2nd or 3rd shift mixing Job at Mitsubishi Chemical Group
Essential Functions:
· Responsible to follow established standard operating & quality procedures.
- Operate all compounding equipment (whirlwind & high-speed mixers)
· Understands Press schedule & maintain compounding production according to that established schedule. Coordinate with other shifts as necessary
· Detailed understanding of Manufacturing Order (MO), including Bill of Material components & operational steps; along with all text instructions.
· Perform ERP system transactions as required to track production and inventory
- Coordinate with external bulk truck drivers to perform bulk silo loading of resin as scheduled
· Utilize fork truck to move and stage material, understand pallet weight restrictions.
· Inform Lead Operator, Supervisor, and / or Maintenance of issues immediately.
· Ability to perform press basic job functions including crane operation, scrape/vacuum molds, applies mold release, and load & level molds.
· Performs sheet quality inspections / measurements & documents, as necessary, to ensure first quality with accuracy.
· Operate Press #4 panel saw as required.
· Understand basics of Regrind shredding & pulverizing to monitor equipment as necessary
· Perform housekeeping & organization / TPEM / 5S duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.79 - $19.89 per hour
