Miznon is a growing group of fast casual Mediterranean restaurants by Israeli Chef Eyal Shani and The Good People Group. Shani is considered one of the leading figures in the Israeli culinary scene, starring in the TV series Food for Thought and appearing on the panel of judges during the past six seasons of Israeli Master Chef. Originally from Tel Aviv, today the group operates over 40 restaurants around the world, including 3 outposts of Miznon in NYC. About the Role

We are seeking talented Prep Cooks for our newest location Miznon in LAS VEGAS!

These are part or full time, hourly positions with an ASAP start date. While you must be comfortable working independently, you must also appreciate a strong team environment. We support a culture of promoting from within and are seeking the right candidate who also shares our values. Some prior kitchen experience mandatory.

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience cooking in a high-volume kitchen
• Maintain a clean and safe space in accordance with operations and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability or willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Basic knife skills
• Strong customer service skills, detail-oriented and organized (we operate open kitchens, so your presence is key!)
• Must be professional and enthusiastic, a team player that is willing to learn with positive attitude
• Must be excited about our food, brand and story
• Basic food and kitchen safety knowledge
• Desire to create an upbeat, fun atmosphere
• Experience with Micros a plus
• Nevada Food Handler’s certificate required

Pay: $17.00 per hour
