Madison's original craft brewpub, the Great Dane serves craft beer and eats in a fun, casual environment. With the support of our amazing staff, guests, and community the team at the Dane strives to be Madison's Best Friend.
This position will be at our Downtown/flagship location, where it all started in 1994. Nestled inside a historic building that housed the Fess Hotel, our downtown pub is known for its warm vibe, beautiful patio and a large pool hall perfect for parties.
Job Description:
You are a versatile line cook who knows all the stations or a prep cook who knows exactly how to handle a knife. You enjoy working as a part of a larger team and have experience working in a from-scratch kitchen. You take pride in delivering high quality food and are comfortable in a high volume restaurant.
Full-Time & Part-Time roles available for all shifts. PM shifts are priority.
Job Requirements:
- 1+ years experience, full-service from scratch kitchen
- High volume is a plus
- Willing to train the right individuals
- Comfortable working most of the stations
- Positive attitude
- Desire to learn, grow and collaborate
