BayCare Clinic is currently seeking a Practice Manager to join our Ear, Nose, and Throat team!

This position will be responsible for our Ear, Nose and Throat department with offices in Green Bay, Two Rivers, and Marinette. The Practice Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the assigned practice locations.

Description of Duties:
  • Manages and is accountable for the day-to-day operations and staffing of the assigned practice site(s).
  • Identifies training needs of staff and works with training department to ensure staff is properly trained.
  • Provides leadership and acts as a mentor to the practice's staff.
  • Responsible for maintaining positive employee relations.
  • Oversees management of provider schedules for efficiency.
  • Conducts Performance Evaluations on at least an annual basis per Company policy.
  • Monitors practice charges and expenses and is actively involved in departmental finances.
  • Collaborates with corporate and hospital departments.
  • Plays an integral role in procuring, leasing/purchasing of equipment for the practice.
  • Ensures the practice locations are compliant with applicable federal and state laws and BCC/BCHS policies.
  • Develops annual action plan in coordination with department physicians and clinic administration.
  • Responsible for seeing that site(s) strategic and operational objectives are met.
  • Collaborates with Business Development departments to align outreach opportunities with practice goals.
  • Works collaboratively with all Company departments and practices.
  • Continually seeks ways to make quality and efficiency improvements within the practice.
  • Promotes positive patient experiences and participates in patient feedback programs.
  • Attends meetings as requested.
  • Actively participates in interdepartmental process or quality teams as needed.
  • Promotes the practice's services to patients and the general public as appropriate.
  • Respects and maintains confidentiality.
  • Works in a safe, compliant and ethical manner at all times.
Qualifications/Certifications/Licensure Needed:
  • A minimum of a Bachelors degree in health, business, or related field, plus a minimum of five to ten years management experience is strongly desired. Extensive related experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office is necessary.
