Hopper Health Strategies seeks an individual who can take our detailed organizational workflows and operational specifications to create “build specifications” for MS-based software.

The operational flow and process are very specific to the methodologies of our clinical-operational-financial approach. Our organization’s operational paths were created by non-programmers with MS tools such as basic Power App in mind. The candidate must efficiently translate these specifications to reliable software configurations without changing the modular, cascading approach and logic.

The reimbursement range is broad to cover the potential talents of the applicant as well as how we view those talents applied to our needs. The most efficient and aligned approach will be viewed as most valuable.

Functions

• Design, develop, and implement business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages) Teams, and Share Point Lists.
• Support and enhance applications to ensure our systems operate as designed and maintain data integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven Knowledge of developing solutions using Canvas Power Apps, Flows, and Power Pages.
• Experience developing applications using Power Apps Canvas and Portal technologies in Power Platform that is responsive to various devices.
• Hands-on experience implementing business process workflows and logic using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Proficient at gathering requirements, Process Mapping, and Documentation.
• Able to work with other cross-functional and project-specific teams according to best practices, security, and IT standards.
• Knowledge of data manipulation tools and analysis techniques.
• Remote Work/Flexible Schedule, but candidate Must be able to attend on-site meetings to do planning (pre-negotiaded dates/times, which may include weekdays and/or weekends).
