Block 2 Lofts a 145-unit property, located in downtown Little Rock is seeking an experienced PORTER to immediately join our team. ** REQUIREMENTS **

• 3-6 months experience in related work
• Basic knowledge of property and/or maintenance operations preferred
• Strong detail and customer service orientation, actively demonstrating the ability to: o Complete work assignments in a thorough, timely, and reliable manner to provide exceptional customer service at all times

** RESPONSIBLITIES **

• Meticulously maintains curb appeal
• Responsible for daily trash removal from all public exterior areas
• Keeps up all public access and interior areas in an attractive, comfortable condition
• Strip, wax, buff floors
• Assists other maintenance team members and performs light maintenance tasks as directed
• Assists in in the preparation of market ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments prior to turn/make-ready (trash outs)
• Remains vigilant and reports any concerns for repairs or safety issues around the property including for units, models, leasing offices, other common areas, etc.
