Location:Chino, CA
Salary Range:$17-$18/hour
FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage willalsobe premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

JOB SUMMARY:
To monitor the adherence to the facility rules by all homeowners and their guests who visit the College Park Community facility to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To be visible and accessible at all times throughout the shift.
• To provide a safe and enjoyable atmosphere to the College Park residents and their guests.
• To know and fully understand ALL rules associated with the College Park Pools.
• To oversee the behavior of all residents and guests making sure the behavior is within the guidelines set forth in the Pool Rules.
• To inform residents & guests of essential rules that they may have overlooked or violated in a forthright and agreeable manner.
• To ensure all areas associated with pool usage are safe.
• Arrange and maintain all pool furniture during the course of each shift.
• Verify member access keys and enforce guest limit.
• Completes accident/incident forms for all incidents in a timely manner when required.
• Other duties as assigned.
