SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a sandwich specialist for our deli on a beautiful, private campus in Ripon, WI.

You will be setting up/restocking our deli bar and creating made to order sandwiches daily. Sandwiches include subs/wraps with house roasted sliced meats with all the toppings that can be toasted too! If you enjoy interacting with people and creating sandwiches, this job is for you!
We are a seven-day operation open from 6 AM – 8 PM. Schedule would be afternoons until 8:30 PM. Apply now and we can discuss your availability in the interview.

- Looking to fill an evening M-F Part Time position in our deli with the possibility of Full Time hours in other areas at our venues.
- All of our food service staff join in our spectacular catering events that impress our campus community.
- Summer events include weddings, camps, banquets, and more!

What you'll do:
- Produce assigned hot and cold foods in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide meals that consistently exceed our guests’ expectations.
- Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.
- Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile.
- Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes.
- Clean all work areas, equipment, and customer service areas on an ongoing basis.
- Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques always. (HACCP).
- Adhere to SAGE’s safety and allergy prevention policies.
- Assist in training new Cooks and culinary Team Members.
- Adapt to additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold.
- Oversees food oulets and catering events menus and production
What you'll need:
- Experience with cooking strongly preferred.
- Ability to set up a serving/action station.
- Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in detail.
- Experience in customer service strongly preferred.
- Ability to interact with community and team in a cheerful and friendly manner.
- ServSafe® certification preferred, but not required.
