Plaster Artisan Job at Sustain Interiors
Sustain is a rapidly growing team of experienced craftsmen, designers, and builders, doing premium new construction and remodels. Our plaster team has decades of experience working with American Clay and Limestrong natural plasters, doing high end jobs in The Boise area, Sun Valley, Hood River, Columbia River Gorge, Portland, and Bend. We are expanding our plaster team in response to growing demand for natural wall plasters and tadelakt showers.
The work:
- Hand applying lime and clay plasters to interior walls and ceilings
- Prepping, mixing and cleaning up jobsites
- Traveling to jobsites that may be out of state
- Executing work to extremely high standards
- Maintaining punctuality and professionalism at all times
- Working overtime as needed
- Working effectively and communicating with a team
Required skills:
- Hand skills, preferably working with trowels and doing hand finish application
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and ask questions
- Dedication to work and craft
- Prior plaster application experience is desired but not required
