Momo's Pizza on Pensacola Street is looking for experienced pizza throwers to add to our team! Our pizza thrower position is a guest-facing position, operating a pizza oven in the dining room area and creating an unparalleled dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Make pizzas based on a custom order from our menu items in an accurate and timely manner.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Remove pizza debris from ovens, and maintain a clean workstation at all times.
- Monitor the temperature of the ovens as well as cook times
- Manage all food orders and ensure that customers' orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Work independently and in team environment
Compensation:
Hourly pay + tips + flexible schedule
Qualifications:
- Minimum one-year prior experience hand tossing pizzas
- Must be available to work nights and weekends.
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
- Strong attention to detail
