Marissa Collections is seeking a Picker Associate to join their team in Naples. The Picker Associate is responsible for picking and processing merchandise in preparation for shipping and transfer. The Picker Associate will utilize requisitions and order sheets to pick a variety of products, place and arrange items in proper areas while following specific instructions. This position will play an essential role in the customer experience providing fast service for our customers ordering online and throughout other store locations.

The role of the Picker Associate, Picker, is to provide support to the store, inventory, and eCommerce teams by performing duties in accordance with the standard operating procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Pulls and prepares product from online orders and transfer requests
• Meets specifics of online and transfer orders in a timely manner
• Pulls product for ecommerce studio production requests
• Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate customer service issues
• Keeps products separated and organized
• Keeping records of incoming and outgoing products
• Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes
• Process transactions, exchanges, and returns for online orders
• Other duties as assigned

Experience:

• Pulling, packing, and loading product
• Receiving, stocking, and sorting product
• Previous experience in retail or other fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to multitask, work independently, and prioritize effectively
• Ability to work within tight timelines
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office properties
• Able to quickly learn computer systems and functionality
• Strong follow up and follow through to ensure all tasks are fully completed
