Job Description Summary:
Physician is responsible for providing Services for the patients of the Veteran's Home. Physician may also be directed by the Senior Director of Provider and Clinic Services or designee to perform other duties in accordance with an employment agreement, other contractual agreements, policies, procedures and protocols established by Hospital Administration or Hospital's Board of Directors.
Qualifications:
- State of Montana Physician’s License
- DEA Registration
- Professional Board Certification
- National Provider Identifier

Schedule Details:

Typically works 10 hours/week plus call (1:5).
