Who we Are:

Middle Park Health has been proudly providing rehabilitation services to Grand County and beyond for over 20 years. We started with one physical therapy clinic and have grown to 4 clinics across 2 counties. Our exceptional team is made up of 8 physical therapists, 2 occupational therapists, and 2 speech and language pathologists. In 2018 our physical therapy clinics were voted the Best of Grand County by Sky High News. We are seeking to add one additional physical therapist to our team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, able to work independently, and will show interest in neurological, vestibular, and/or concussion management rehab.

- Flexible schedules: Most therapists choose four, ten hour days to maximize their work/life balance though five, eights is also an option.

- No boredom: As a Critical Access Hospital in rural Colorado, our therapists are expected to be competent to treat a variety of patients both outpatient as well as inpatients.

- Collaborated care: Middle Park Health prides itself in teamwork. Internally, our providers communicate regularly with rehab to offer the best patient outcome. Externally, we work with world class orthopaedic surgeons from Steamboat, Vail and Denver to get patients back to doing what they love.

- Active patient population: There is no shortage of recreation in the area and our patient population is a very active group. We work with local athletes from high schools, Winter Park Resort Competition Center, National Sports Center for the Disabled, and the weekend warriors to get them back to competition.
