RPh on the Go is actively seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee pharmacy operations for a pharmacy in Watertown, New York. This position will start as a temporary role with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role based on performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

Job Duties:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management, prescription dispensing, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and company policies
- Manage and train pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the best possible patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pharmacy activities
Requirements:
- Active Pharmacist license in the state of New York
- Previous pharmacy management experience
Pay: $55+ Based on experience
