Pharmacy Cashier Job at White Hall Pharmacy LLC.
We are looking for great staff member who has a love to assist customers. You should enjoy making complicated situations simple and painless and have a passion for our mission in changing the pharmacy experience. This pharmacy cashier position is a pharmacy support position which may have the first, and/or last opportunity to serve our invaluable customers with the receipt of a prescription order, and/or the transaction to complete the sale of a prescription or any additional items needed. We are open on Saturdays from 9am to 5pm; as such, you will be required to join the team just one Saturday every month while enjoying a majority of you work schedule between 9am and 7pm daily.
Responsible for recording sales transactions on the cash register and providing general customer assistance.
Essential Duties:
- Accurate use of the cash register and retrieve filled prescriptions.
- Telephone patients to pick-up medications and answers the pharmacy phone lines.
- Accomplish various tasks assigned by management while at register.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Retrieve information from patients, and patient information from the computer.
- Ensure to check in, process and put in stock or else return bins accurately.
- Manage check out of deliveries and proper distribution.
- Manage drive thru pick up/drop off window.
- Perform clerical tasks, such as filing compiling and maintaining prescription records, or composing letters.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
