We also recommend new homeowners call us to schedule an appointment for one of our technicians to inspect their new home for signs of pests.

Salary

$28,000- $40,0000/ base annual pay

We also offer a sign-on bonus of $500.00 for this role!

Responsibilities:

• Visually inspecting for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.
• Reading and comprehending labels and training materials in English
• Operating application and inspection equipment, small hand tools, and small power tools
• Safely operating a motor vehicle
• Operating a hand-held computer, iPad, and phone

Job requirements

• Able to sit, stand, squat, travel up and down stairs, climb a ladder, and get into crawl spaces and attics
• Can tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather and damp/or dusty locations
• Able to use OSHA - mandated personal protective equipment
• Valid Drivers license and can safely operate a motor vehicle
• Able to work a flexible schedule that varies from day to day (overtime required)
• Comfortable working with technology and has strong written and other communication skills.
• Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train an inexperienced, promising employee
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
