Pay and Compensation

Pay is based on the facility setting and it’s case by case when it comes to homecare. Plus, we offer bonuses and gas cards! * (Gas cards are limited and only offered to those who qualify)

C.N.A Duties:

Providing care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, taking and recording vital signs, and assisting with height and weight measurements, if necessary
Providing care according to the patient’s plan of care, assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping.

Requirements of a BrightStar Care:

High School Diploma or equivalent
CPR Certified (Preferred but not needed)
Covid Vaccinated and boosted if qualified (Required)
Minimum of one (1) year of experience (preferred)
Must have Driver’s License with insured, reliable transportation
Must have a smart phone to utilize mobile apps for schedules and clocking in/out
