Pershing X is a technology company pioneering an interoperable, multi-custodial platform that unifies the core areas of wealth management. Pershing X Revenue Operations and Business Intelligence Manager: Conducts complex analyses and reporting supporting the sales organization, special projects/initiatives and/or strategic/operational planning activities. Leads CRM configuration and forecasting for the Pershing X sales organization. Often assigned as a project lead on business unit initiatives and will enlist support from more junior staff or peers. Defines and develops new approaches to required analytics in CRM and other Business Intelligence tools. Determines where measurement gaps exist and devises new metrics or reports to fill those gaps. Reviews operational data/metrics, analyzes and synthesizes the data, then compiles into reports or presentations. Navigates across organizations within the business to effectively complete tasks. Develops consultative partnerships with sales leaders and internal functional teams to understand their strategic objectives, key performance indicators and reporting requirements. Communicates with internal teams and leaders to stay abreast of organization and function operations and is familiar with company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, etc. Serves as the primary resource to the sales staff on reporting and CRM processes. Collaborates with and supports leaders and their teams to ensure analytical and reporting needs are aligned and supports business and operating results. No direct reports. Provides guidance to less experienced staff. Leads projects including assigning work and monitoring quality and completion. Contributes to the achievement of function or business unit objectives. Work product supports data-driven decision-making by team, functional or business unit leaders.
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 7-10 years of total work experience preferred.

BNY Mellon assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $77,750 and $175,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
