- 1 year or more CURRENT Dialysis experience - Required
- Must be willing to float and travel to local area sites as needed
- Must have reliable transportation and ability to be insured
- Copy of Current, Valid Driver License - Required
- Geriatric patient experience - Required
- NXStage Dialysis Machine experience - Required
- CNN or CDN Certification - PREFERRED (If not in hand, must obtain within 1 year of start date)
- Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred
- BSN - Preferred
- BLS
- Indiana State License
