GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The People & Culture Coordinator role will be a key part of the People Operations team and will assist in various aspects, including document management, connecting with new team members, and overseeing total compensation. GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain compliance with all required employment documentation for both current and former team members serving as primary contact for compliance document management.
- Manage and regularly report compensation structure, bonus incentives, commission levels and total compensation for organization
- Assist with conducting new hire and stay interviews to identify trends and potential improvements for the team member experience
- Assist in contacting and converting all unemployment and department of labor agencies from MedCerts to Stride
- Assist People & Culture Partner in various daily operations as assigned and including projects such as creation of People Ops documents, review of policies and procedures
- Assist People & Culture Partner in development of 30, 60, 90-day questionnaires
- Provide administrative support in matters such as quarterly performance management execution and training
- Provide HR support on aspects such as job description review, data management and survey administration
- Provide high quality customer service to team members in answering general questions daily related to People Operations that may be complex or of a sensitive matter
- Assist in the onboarding process and payroll exception submissions as needed
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute projects including but not limited to compensation, benefits and leave, productivity, morale and training and development
- Participate in regular staff and departmental meetings as necessary
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree and/or Certification in Human Resources or related field and/or a combination of experience
- A minimum of two years’ experience in Human Resources/People Operations
- Ability to maintain the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Positive attitude with willingness to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
- Proficient and the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS (UltiPro/Workday) and talent management systems.

This is an office-based position in which work will be completed during normal business hours (approximately 8:30am – 5:00pm).
